"Our purpose is to continue the legacy of our ancestors, bringing LIVE Latin music to
Australians, one show at a time. By keeping this music alive we hope to inspire audiences

With three nominations for "Best Show Band" in 2008, 2009 & 2010 by the Australian Club
Entertainment Awards, Salsa Kingz is quickly becoming one of the most sort-out Party
Bands in Sydney!

Specialising in a crossover style, performing a wide range of popular party tunes with the
unique style and flare of Latin music.

The Salsa Kingz Band was formed exclusively as a "Party SHOW Band"
in early 2003. Although the band originally played traditional Latin music such as Salsa,
Merengue, Cha-Cha, Bachata, Boleros - they have also added to their sizzling pot of
Salsa, a careful selection of classic party tunes to get any party started !!!

What sets the Salsa Kingz apart is their passion and flare for musical showmanship. In
recent years, they have successfully merged LIVE LATIN MUSIC with an eye catching
STAGE SHOW that engages audiences from young and old.

Hits from the 60's Rock n Roll, 70's Disco, 80's and 90's are commonly sprinkled across
their dazzling show that also plays tribute to Latino Pop Stars such as Ricky Martin,
Enrique Iglesias, Gloria Estefan, Carlos Oliva, Grupo Gale, Shakira, Gipsy Kings and
Jennifer Lopez to name a few.

Whilst keeping true to their Latin roots, this energised Sydney Salsa Band specialises in
creating memorable "party atmospheres", guaranteeing to enthuse even the most
demanding of audiences up on their feet!
